About the job
Maintains AWS data center availability by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and responding to incidents and scheduled maintenance.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call and scheduled maintenance duties.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
