About the job
Installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains data center server and network hardware and operating systems to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to incidents and routine maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
