About the job
Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center servers and network equipment to support reliable 24/7 operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call, maintenance, and change-management duties.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
