Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks while supporting 24/7 operations and service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance work, and help train new team members.
- Document operational issues and contribute to process improvements.
