About the job
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs data center server and network hardware to help maintain AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, and operating systems, and respond to incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues and improve processes; help interview, train, and onboard team members.
