What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance; coordinate with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
