Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance, and document operational improvements.
- Help interview, train, and onboard team members.
