Maintains AWS data center availability by installing and repairing server and network hardware, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operational incidents and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networking, and operating systems; respond to service-impacting incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
