Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues, while deploying, maintaining, cabling, and decommissioning racks and equipment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related issues; take ownership and engage other teams to resolve them.
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and decommission racks.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements; support around-the-clock operations.
