Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues while carrying out physical rack, cabling, hardware, and capacity operations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues; engage other teams as needed.
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and decommission racks.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements.
