About the job
Troubleshoots and resolves data center infrastructure issues and performs physical work to deploy, maintain, and decommission racks and equipment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure problems; engage other teams to resolve issues.
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and decommission racks.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service levels; work shifts supporting 24/7 operations, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
