About the job
Troubleshoot and resolve data center infrastructure issues while carrying out physical operations such as rack deployment, cabling, maintenance, and decommissioning.
What you'll do
- Own and resolve hardware, fiber, networking, and related technical issues, engaging other teams as needed.
- Plan and track capacity; deploy, cable, troubleshoot, and decommission racks and equipment.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements.
