About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and supporting continuous operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Perform on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document operational issues and improve processes; help interview, train, and onboard team members.
