About the job
Installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains data center server and network hardware to support AWS service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair server hardware, networks, and operating systems; respond to service incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, perform on-call duties, and participate in maintenance and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.

Pay
30.91 - 54.18 USD hourly (base salary)
