Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks to support continuous AWS operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience or related IT experience.
