Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and networks, responding to incidents and supporting 24/7 operations across regional sites.

- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train new team members.
