About the job
Installs and maintains data center hardware and networking, troubleshoots incidents, and supports reliable 24/7 operations across assigned sites.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network issues, and respond to operational incidents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Help train new team members and travel between data center locations as business needs require.

- 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience, or experience related IT.
- 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking (including troubleshooting and repair) experience.
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed, including temporarily working at alternative sites.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting; knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration.
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment; experience training and onboarding new team members.
Pay
30.91 - 54.18 USD hourly (base salary)
