Maintains AWS data center availability by installing and repairing hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and responding to incidents.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues, and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help train and onboard team members.
