Data Scientist, Experience Analytics

What you'll do

• Use statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining to generate customer-experience insights and build production-ready analytics solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to develop and launch data products.
• Promote Gen AI and ML approaches, develop proof-of-concept AI use cases, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of experience with data-querying or scripting languages, or statistical/mathematical software.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and performance parameters.
• 1+ years of guiding and coaching researchers; 1+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems; 1+ years of creating or contributing to mathematical textbooks, research papers, or educational content.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in STEM.
• Experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance.

Pay

136,000.00 - 184,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
