Data Scientist II, NAS Returns Tech

What you'll do

• Analyze complex, disparate datasets and build segmentation models to improve customer experience and reduce returns.
• Assess recommendation-system performance, engagement metrics, and business questions to inform science and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product and UX teams, and business partners; communicate findings to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, or statistical/mathematical software.
• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of experience with machine-learning/statistical-modeling data analysis tools and techniques, including factors affecting performance.
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment; Bachelor's degree or BS degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language; experience in an ML or data scientist role with a large technology company.
• Use of generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, and ability to identify opportunities for generative AI in products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Pay

USD 136,000.00 - 184,000.00 annually (base salary)
