Data Scientist, LM Planning, LM Science & Analytics Automation

What you'll do

• Design mathematical, statistical, and optimization models; define measurement and evaluation frameworks for network optimization solutions.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, productionize solutions, and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Use LLMs and other methods to improve optimization explainability and stakeholder engagement; mentor team members and contribute to hiring.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience with data-querying or scripting languages, or statistical/mathematical software.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and performance parameters.
• 1+ years of experience guiding and coaching a group of researchers; 1+ years working with or evaluating AI systems.
• Master’s degree in STEM, or experience working in STEM; experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in STEM.
• Experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance; Python, Perl, or another scripting language.

136,000.00 - 184,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
