Partners with AWS data center leadership across multiple sites to improve Builder experience through HR guidance, employee advocacy, leadership coaching, and people initiatives.
What you'll do
- Monitor Builder sentiment and concerns, advocate for employee needs, and recommend actions to site leadership.
- Advise on talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR policies.
- Coach site leaders and coordinate HR strategies, communications, onboarding, and people projects across the data center cluster.
