Serves as the on-site HR partner for AWS data center teams, advocating for Builders and advising site leaders on workforce experience and HR matters.
What you'll do
- Monitor Builder sentiment, address concerns, conduct site walks, and advocate for an inclusive workplace.
- Advise site leaders using HR data and sentiment trends; coach leaders on talent, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
- Conduct workplace investigations and coordinate HR strategies, communications, onboarding, and people projects across data center sites.
