About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks, and supporting operational availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks, repair hardware, troubleshoot network and operating system issues, and respond to incidents.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders; perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
