About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing racks, diagnosing and repairing server and network hardware, and supporting continuous operations.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, network, and operating-system issues; respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, perform on-call duties, and support scheduled maintenance and change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
