About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server hardware, troubleshooting networks and operating systems, and supporting service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating system issues; respond to operational incidents.
- Provide on-call support and participate in maintenance, change management, documentation, and process improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
