About the job
Maintains AWS data center infrastructure by installing and repairing server and network hardware, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting 24/7 service availability.
What you'll do
- Install server racks; troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, and operating systems; respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, perform on-call and scheduled maintenance duties, and support change management.
- Document operational issues, improve processes, and help interview, train, and onboard team members.
