What you'll do

• Install server racks and diagnose and repair hardware, network, and operating-system issues; respond to incidents and participate in on-call and scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to operational documentation and process improvements.
• Help interview, train, and onboard team members.

What they ask for

• 1+ years of computer networking experience and 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience, and 18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds; ability to travel or commute between data center locations as required.

Nice to have

• Data center experience, including racking and stacking gear, cable management, or hot/cold aisle containment.
• Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).

Pay
