Provides hands-on customer support at a delivery station, resolving package-related issues and helping customers receive accurate, timely information.
What you'll do
- Manage customer situations through phone and email, prioritize customer needs, and gather feedback.
- Analyze information and resolve customer-facing issues; identify ways to improve workflows and service quality.
- Carry and move packages up to 49 pounds and work in a warehouse environment, including standing or kneeling during shifts up to 12 hours.
