Provides hands-on, in-station customer support at a last-mile delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners.

- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and respond to their needs.
- Resolve delivery issues, set expectations, and make timely decisions to achieve appropriate customer outcomes.
- Coordinate with warehouse associates and delivery partners, including informing partners of delivery rescheduling.
