Provides in-station customer support at a last-mile delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and respond to their concerns.
- Resolve delivery issues, set expectations, and coordinate with delivery partners to improve customer outcomes.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
