About the job
Provides in-station customer support at a delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and helping customers receive packages on time.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and resolve their concerns.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery partners to address delivery issues and customer requests.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
