Provides in-station customer support at a delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and respond to their issues.
- Resolve delivery problems, set expectations, and make timely customer-focused decisions.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
