About the job
Provides in-person, phone, and email support at a delivery station, resolving delivery issues and helping customers receive packages as promised.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions and resolve delivery issues, setting appropriate expectations.
- Coordinate with warehouse associates and delivery partners, including arranging delivery reschedules.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
