Provides hands-on customer support at an Amazon delivery station, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and resolve their concerns.
- Address delivery issues, set expectations, and coordinate with delivery partners to support timely deliveries.
