About the job
Provides in-station, real-time customer support at a delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and resolve their issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse associates and delivery partners to address delivery problems and rescheduling.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
