About the job
Provides in-station customer support at a delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and resolve their issues.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and warehouse associates to address delivery problems and customer requests.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
