About the job
Provides in-person, phone, and email support at a last-mile delivery warehouse, resolving delivery issues and helping customers receive packages as promised.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners; provide accurate package information and set expectations.
- Resolve customer and delivery issues using sound judgment and make timely decisions on customers’ behalf.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
