What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and drive-alongs; coach Delivery Associates and provide feedback.
- Audit and monitor driver safety, compliance, and on-road performance, identifying retraining and process improvements.
- Coordinate training activities with operational partners and provide accurate reporting on training completion and compliance.
