What you'll do
- Facilitate daily training classes and drive-alongs, coaching Delivery Associates on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Track training and driver performance, report compliance and safety results, and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams, and support training across sites as needed.
