About the job
Trains and coaches delivery associates, monitors driving safety and performance, and improves training and compliance across rural delivery operations.
What you'll do
- Facilitate classroom and hands-on drive-along training; coach associates and answer driver-training questions.
- Coordinate training with operations and delivery partners, and report on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance.
- Audit driver safety and compliance, track on-road performance, and identify retraining and process improvements.
