Trains delivery associates through classroom instruction, drive-alongs, coaching, and performance monitoring to improve safety, compliance, and delivery quality.
What you'll do
- Lead daily training classes and hands-on drive-alongs; coach associates and provide feedback.
- Coordinate training with operations and delivery partners, and track completion, compliance, safety, and performance.
- Audit driver safety and compliance, identify retraining needs, and support process improvements.
