Trains Delivery Associates in safe driving, quality, and productivity practices through classes, hands-on instruction, and on-road coaching.
What you'll do
- Facilitate driver training classes and drive-alongs; coach associates and assess their performance.
- Coordinate and report on training, compliance, and safety activities with delivery and operations teams.
- Audit driving and vehicle-safety practices, and identify retraining and process improvements.
