Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safety, quality, compliance, and productivity, including classroom instruction and on-road training, to support safe and reliable deliveries.
What you'll do
- Lead training classes and drive-alongs; coach and give feedback to Delivery Associates.
- Audit and track driver safety, compliance, and performance; report training completion and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and operations teams, and support driver-training questions at the station.
