Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and drive-alongs.
What you'll do
- Lead daily training classes and drive-alongs, adapting instruction to different learning styles.
- Audit and track driver safety, compliance, and performance; report results and identify retraining needs.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and operations teams, and support driver-training questions and activities.

- Valid and active driver’s license; at least 21 years old; eligible to drive under DOT requirements and able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
