Trains and coaches Delivery Associates on safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices, coordinating instruction and monitoring performance across Amazon delivery stations.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and drive-alongs, adapting instruction to different learning styles.
- Audit driver safety and compliance, track training and on-road performance, and identify retraining opportunities.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and operations teams; provide reporting and support driver-training questions.
What they ask for

- Valid and active driver's license; at least 21 years old; eligible to drive under DOT requirements and able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
