Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices through classes, hands-on instruction, and on-road assessments.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and drive-alongs; coach, motivate, and provide feedback to Delivery Associates.
- Audit and track driver safety, compliance, and performance; report training completion and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and station teams, and travel to nearby sites as needed.
