Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in driver safety, compliance, quality, and productivity through classes, hands-on instruction, and on-road evaluations.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training sessions and drive-alongs; coach Delivery Associates and adapt instruction to their needs.
- Audit and track driver safety, compliance, and performance; report completion and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and operations teams, and support driver-training questions across the station.

- At least 21 years old, with a valid and active driver’s license; eligible to drive under DOT requirements and able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
