Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safety, quality, productivity, and compliance, using classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and on-road assessments.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and drive-alongs, adapting instruction to different learning styles.
- Audit and monitor driver safety, compliance, and on-road performance; report results and identify retraining opportunities.
- Coordinate training with DSPs, operations managers, and learning teams, and support delivery stations with training-related questions.
