What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and hands-on drive-alongs; coach and motivate Delivery Associates.
- Coordinate and report on training, compliance, safety, and maintenance activities with operations partners.
- Monitor driver performance, audit safety standards, and identify retraining or process improvements.
